With a state of public health emergency declared by the Government of Alberta on November 24, 2020, new mandatory measures will be in place for education province-wide, effective Monday, November 30, 2020.
The Government of Alberta has updated the list of symptoms for Albertans under 18, and high school students who are over 18 (see pages 1-2). All other Albertans who are 18 and over, including school staff, will continue to use the original Alberta Health daily checklist.

PWPSD has launched its 7th annual Christmas Card Art Contest. Each year, the school division rotates the contest through grade divisions (Division 1: Grades 1-3; Division 2: Grades 4-6; Division 3: Grades 7-9; and Division 4: Grades 10-12). The 2020 Christmas Card Art Contest will be open to Grades 7-9 students enrolled at PWPSD schools.
Parents/Guardians: Please familiarize yourself with the five main emergency response protocols used by PWPSD schools.
